In the arena for designers and photographers, I have come across many photostock and video stock portals and only one of them has been successful to make the cut and remain reliable for over 8 years.

Photostock buy or sell, inspire, edit or share
I am loyal to Dreamstime Photostock when it comes to stock photographs and related issues, best for those who use photography as a hobby and the community support is great.
The portal provide access to number of free to use images and now offers to make free facebook cover pages from the collection of stock: Express YourSelf in Timeline

Gooogle Photosphere from Panaromic Images
You have heard about uploading photospheres, but it is not an easy task if you do not own a Nexus Android 4.2 phone.
I did it using iOS Apple iPhone.
Created Paranomic view using one of the apps in the phone (in jpeg format).
Then transfer your image to the conversion app: https://photo-sphere.appspot.com/
This app converts the image to 360 image with appropriate meta tags and geo tag.
(Sometimes the site is busy, so refresh, and sometimes the image is too big so down sample).
You will get an image download it and upload it to: http://plus.google.com/photos
(This image now has appropriate tagging and meta tags).
Next go to: http://www.google.com/maps/views/home and select the processed image, which you have just uploaded in the google photo album.
