Facebook Money eWallet, new kid on the block

Facebook Money via Messenger is in Beta version, thanks to the leak of Friend-to-Friend Leaked image doing rounds on the internet. TechCrunch , as usual, was the first one to break the news over the weekend.
The news is no surprise, when Facebook is doing experiment via Facebook Credits for games, now imagine kids can ask parents to top-up their games accounts, or Facebook App based purchase of tickets etc. And, we also know, what the ex President from PayPal to join Facebook was up to.

The Facebook eWallet sits quite well with the long list of things expected out of Facebook in near future. Private sector banks, such as ICICI in India, opening / operating bank account option via Facebook, is the end of ATM is near?

Facebook is becoming the next Apple in technology. "Looking at a industry, and, Hey we can do it better and smoother, and revolutionising it".
In next few months, Facebook is likely to reduce the cost of remittance, and revolutionise micro-remittance, micro-payments, and in direct competition with PayPay in most countries, and PayTM / FreeCharge et al. in India.
